Welcome to Roo Roo Photography!

I'm Crystal Anderson and I’m so glad you’re here. My journey into photography began during a challenging period in my life when I struggled to find beauty in the world around me. It was my camera and my wonderful son, Riley, who helped me shift my perspective and rediscover the magic that life has to offer.

Mostly self-taught, with the addition of hands-on workshops, I officially launched Roo Roo Photography in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best photographers in the country, including Dave Brosha, Wayne Simpson, and Scott Grant. In late 2019, I took my passion to the next level by accepting a mentorship with Chad Barry, further honing my skills and expanding my creative vision.
